People’s propensity to forget about self-improvement since no one is constantly nagging them to do so is the biggest issue facing civilization. Life places you in circumstances where, based on the choices you make, they will leave you reflecting. You have the chance to perform small things every day that will simply help anyone’s character. Your name, your attitude, and how you conduct yourself both in public and privately make up your character. Have there ever been circumstances where you only agreed to something because your peers did? The first step in bettering oneself is to take care of one’s mental health. To be able to treat others fairly, you must have excellent mental health and patience. It’s acceptable for you to start small with your expressions of gratitude. Getting involved in the community to learn about others and strive to share their viewpoints. The world we live in today, when everyone is concerned about being evaluated, is what makes this change so difficult. Some people wind up getting disheartened or feeling like a “loser” instead of simply disregarding the harsh remarks and doing whatever they want. Even if not everyone practices religion, for me, improving would mean developing a closer relationship with God. Some people need to realize that patience is a virtue and that there will be times when you feel as though you are failing. Never give up since doing so will only bring you back to square one, making the situation harder. Rushing your improvement will not help because everything is on god’s timing. Before I end this I wanna ask , “When you transition, how would you want people on earth to remember you?”
Why It’s My Best Advice: It was my best advice because it came right from my heart and that’s the best way to spread your message. I always think to myself that people need a little encouragement or a message to put a smile on their face.
Best Advice From My Peers: The best advice I received from my peers was them telling me that swaying back and forth can become a distraction to the audience. I never really paid attention to it till it was mentioned. They were 100% right because sometimes body language speaks words.
Why It’s Their Best Advice: It’s their best advice to me because I feel I had a problem previously with just maintaining still while talking. I always told myself I was going to improve on it but I just never did. Luckily for me they mentioned it again so now I know I can work on it again.
